What we do

Young people are full of ideas, energy and enthusiasm. But they need the right support to turn their ideas into reality.

That’s where Think Big comes in. We find young people with great ideas and help them get going by giving them the training and funding to make their ideas work.

O2 is the driving force behind Think Big because we believe in the power of young people and their ideas. And as one of the biggest companies in the UK, we can back them. Invest in them. Campaign for them. Give them a platform and a voice.

We want to change the way young people think about themselves and their communities. And in doing so, change the way young people are perceived.

Meet the team behind Think Big

O2 have enlisted the help of some great partners. We all work together to help make Think Big as good as it can be.

The National Youth Agency (NYA)

The NYA lead Think Big alongside the O2 Community team. They’ve got lots of experience supporting youth organizations so are well placed to advise and guide. They look after the partnerships with youth organizations and The Think Big Quality Mark.

UK Youth

UK Youth are responsible for our training courses. They also help match up the skills and talents of volunteers from O2 with young people and youth organisations.

O2 Helpers and Mentors

Many of our people at O2 are passionate about working with young people. They’re our helpers. They offer support and guidance by coaching the Think Big online community via our forum. In the more advanced stages of the program they also offer face-to-face mentoring.
