Mental Health Awareness Week has recently come and gone, but we feel it’s important to discuss and prioritise your Mental Health every week! Mind Over Matter has been finding vast varieties of ways to use creativity to the benefit of our wellbeing and mental health.
Every month our team of facilitators come up with new workshops for our attendees, exploring thoughts and feelings through creating something personal together that individuals can keep for future use. We have made many friends through these monthly workshops, becoming a club raising awareness about mental health. What a great team!
